The ST Method is taught as a series of 3 group class sessions followed by a one-on-one follow up session. Each class session is 2 hours and classes are held once a month. The sessions are taught by certified teaching couples, trained by the Couple to Couple League.

Within the class is instruction in the Catholic Church's teaching on marriage and family life as developed by Pope John Paul II in Theology of the Body. The complete series fulfills all Phoenix diocesan marriage formation requirements.

Beginning in October 2009 all class registration will be through our national web site at WWW.CCLI.ORG.

Cost of series is $135.

Students receive student guide, thermometer, charts, copy of 4th edition Fertility, Cycles & Nutrition by Marilyn Shannon, membership in The Couple to Couple League for one year, one year subscription to Family Foundations magazine, DVD containing pamphlets and supportive information and access to members only layer on www.ccli.org.
